   How to create an API key

   1. Open App Store Connect API keys → Team Keys → + (Admin role).
   2. Download the .p8 — Apple shows it only once.
   3. Copy the Issuer ID from the same page (the Key ID comes from the file name).
   4. Copy your Team ID from Apple Developer → Membership (10 characters under your name).
   5. Upload the .p8 and fill Issuer + Team ID below → Save.
   6. Sign your Apple ID into Xcode on the Mac (Settings → Accounts) — once, for signing.
   7. Pick the repo (step 1), fill Scheme, Project, Bundle ID → Upload. We build on your Mac and upload.
   8. Install from TestFlight when Apple finishes processing.
